Warranty

All jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (clasps, stringing, settings).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, exposure to chemicals, creams, perfumes, water, or inadequate storage. Any damage resulting from such causes will not be the responsibility of Rêve de Perles.

Repairs for Customer-Inflicted Damage

If damage occurs due to customer handling or care, repair services are available upon request, with fees applied depending on the nature of the damage.

Services After Warranty

Restringing, polishing of clasps, and gentle cleaning services are available after the warranty period (fees apply).
