If you changed your mind regarding an order you’ve submitted, you have 48-hours to make a cancellation.If the item has been shipped out for delivery during this period, you will have to ship back the item without opening the jewelry packaging itself.
Failure to do so may result to ineligibility for a refund.
Once the item has been shipped back to us, it will be cautiously inspected, and if damage is to be found on the jewelry, you may not be eligible for a refund.
If the jewelry passes the inspection you will receive a full refund.

You have 14-days to get a refund starting on the date you received your jewelry. Therefore, if you exceed the 14-days window, no refunds will be accepted. In addition, the jewelry must be returned in a pristine and unused condition.
Returning a damaged jewelry will not be eligible for a refund. If the jewelry is received within the 14-day return policy window with no damages and we received in back in the excellent condition it was sent, a refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification about the returned item.

Exchanges are accepted but it will be processed as a return. This implies you will have to return your item in a 14-day window and you will receive a credit on your account that you can utilize upon check-out, once we have received your item that you wish to exchange and
it passes the inspection for damages. You will receive an email towards a credit for your account.

We are a small business and while we pay for general shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
